📊 Why WSU Is Different

WSU has a unique access mission:

  • Lower APS requirements than most universities

  • Strong focus on community engagement

  • Medicine (MBChB) is the only high-APS exception

🎯 Target Scores

  • 36–38 → Medicine (MBChB) – very competitive

  • 30–32 → Nursing, Law

  • 28–29 → BSc, BCom, Education

  • 26–27 → BA, Social Sciences

  • 24–25 → Diplomas and extended programs

💡 Tip

Focus on improving:

  • Life Sciences and Physical Sciences (for Medicine)

  • English (minimum 40% for most programs)

WSU’s non-Medicine programs are very accessible. If your APS is 26+, you have a good chance.
